Safety testing is the most important part of our batteries quality test,extreme condition testing such as overcharging, overdischarging, short circuit, needle puncture, and high temperature (such as 85ºC storage).
Capacity Test: Verify whether the actual capacity meets the nominal value through charge and discharge cycles.   
Cycle life test : ≥ 80% after 2000 cycles. 
Pass CE,UL,Rohs,TUV,MSDS,UN38.3 on the basis of ISO9001 management system.  
 
Q2.What's the good way to make batteries in group keep best performance?
Consistency screening is firstly done before batteries are divided into group.
-Eliminate cells with significant differences in voltage, internal resistance, and capacity (such as pairing within ± 1%) through capacitive devices.   
-Using Dynamic Parameter Grouping (DVA) to match individual cells within the battery pack.

Q3:How to get long the usage life through measures and maintenance?
1.Optimize charge and discharge management
-Avoid deep discharge (for example, lithium-ion batteries are recommended to maintain a range of 20% to 80% power).
-Use intelligent BMS (battery management system) to control the charging cutoff voltage (such as ternary lithium battery ≤ 4.2V/single cell).
-Do not charge at high temperature (>45ºC) or low temperature (<0ºC).
2. Temperature control
-Install a heat dissipation system (air cooling/liquid cooling) to maintain the operating temperature between 15 and 35ºC.
-Avoid heating caused by long-term high rate discharge (e.g.>1C).
3. Regular maintenance and monitoring
-Balanced charging: BMS regularly calibrates the difference in individual voltages (e.g., passive/active balancing).
-Storage advice: Keep 50% power when not in use for a long time, and recharge every 3 months.
