Dial switch
When PACK is used in parallel, different PACKs can be distinguished by setting the address through the 4-bit dial switch on BMS. The address should not be set to the same.

Key function
1. When the BMS is in sleep state, press the button (3-6S) and release it. The protection board is activated, and the LED indicator lights up from "RUN" one by one for 0.5 seconds.

2. When the BMS is in active state, press the button (3-6S) and release it. The protection board will be put to sleep, and the LED indicator light will be lit sequentially from the lowest power light for 0.5 seconds.

3. When the BMS is in active state, press the button (6-10S) and release it. The protection board will be reset and all LED lights will light up simultaneously for 1.5 seconds.

Consistency screening is firstly done before batteries are divided into group.
-Eliminate cells with significant differences in voltage, internal resistance, and capacity (such as pairing within ± 1%) through capacitive devices.   
-Using Dynamic Parameter Grouping (DVA) to match individual cells within the battery pack.

1.Optimize charge and discharge management
-Avoid deep discharge (for example, lithium-ion batteries are recommended to maintain a range of 20% to 80% power).
-Use intelligent BMS (battery management system) to control the charging cutoff voltage (such as ternary lithium battery ≤ 4.2V/single cell).
-Do not charge at high temperature (>45ºC) or low temperature (<0ºC).
2. Temperature control
-Install a heat dissipation system (air cooling/liquid cooling) to maintain the operating temperature between 15 and 35ºC.
-Avoid heating caused by long-term high rate discharge (e.g.>1C).
3. Regular maintenance and monitoring
-Balanced charging: BMS regularly calibrates the difference in individual voltages (e.g., passive/active balancing).
